The purpose of the Implementation start & Management meeting is to dress leaders to fulfill their role, primarily focusing on the future implementation, but also generally in relation to Sekoia. In the dialogue about roles and responsibility, there will also be focus on the gains Sekoia can contribute in the organisation as well as in relation to the management perspective.
The purpose and the value the management wishes to achieve must be addressed led by the Sekoia Project Manager and how this will be supported in the implementation.
Additionally, choices are made regarding the selection of applications, administrators and super users in Sekoia.
At the meeting, a large part of the dialogue will be based on the implementation process and Sekoia as a product. We recommend that the management bring their calendar to the meeting.
