The purpose of the Employee Training and Go-Live is for the employees to acquaint themselves with use of the devices and the new workflows in Sekoia. At this stage the Management and Super Users will showcase the work they have done in making the system bespoke to their organisation so it reflects their service users, routines and practices.
The training is followed directly by Go-Live at which stage the organisation begin using Sekoia in their live working environment.
The Employee training is done in batches and each session will last a couple of hours. Employees will be informed about which work processes will now be covered in Sekoia. They will be given their individual login details and will have a chance to get hands-on and use the devices. At the end of the session, Employees will feel ready to use Sekoia in a live-setting.
A time will then be set for Go-Live and all employees will be instructed that they commence use of the system from that point onwards. Management and Super Users will be at hand to support along with Sekoia.

- Super Users
- As much of the employee group as possible
